helpful staffbeautiful designpersonalized itinerary
the reception staff was nice and helpful. the accommodation was beautifully designed, it has gorgeous rooms. tom at reception wrote a personalized itinerary for me, he left it at the desk in the morning.

the bar's early closing was inconvenient. we arrived at the bar at 4:55 pm after golf. i was told it was closing at 5 pm and i would have to sit outside. the golf course condition was also a letdown with browned-off fairways and unrepaired divots.

The staff promptly addressed my request for dinner recommendations upon arrival. the receptionist suggested the hotel restaurant, a great suggestion, and allowed us to keep the car parked. i also appreciated the bed. It was one of the comfiest i've ever slept in (i wish i had one like that at home!).
the room had windows that were quite dirty, hindering the view, especially considering it was a ground floor.

whites beach is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel and the esplanade is nearby, awesome for easy access to coastal walks. the town centre is also a short drive away (about 6 minutes) if you need to visit any stores.

the driving range provided is excellent for golf enthusiasts. on-site parking is convenient with spaces available in front of the hotel.

The staff were helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
My granola came without milk on the side. That was annoying. Eating at the hotel was a big mistake. I spent $35 for the granola. A cafe offers a big breakfast and three barista coffees for that price!
