the hotel was close to the station. the room was well equipped.
the rain shower in my room was broken. i reported the issue to reception, but nothing was done about it. i wasn't offered a new room or any explanation. my 'fresh' bedding had someone else's makeup on it, and it was changed immediately by the housekeeping staff, but i didn't feel the bedding could've been cleaned very well.

the location was very convenient near the main train station. it made getting around easy. i found a supermarket and a restaurant nearby (it was great for quick meals). breakfast was also a plus.
i arrived a bit before midday and my room was ready. i was asked to pay extra for early check-in though. it felt a bit off (i usually get this for free as a club member). i also had to pay to store my bags before check in.

The hotel's proximity to the main train station was amazing. I walked everywhere so easily. the staff at reception were helpful. the classic double or twin room was spacious and very clean, we loved the space. the breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection of food. So many choices for me!
the fitness studio was a little small. just one treadmill!

The hotel features a pool area. It includes a dedicated car park with direct access, very convenient. the gym has a treadmill for guest use, but i wanted more machines. the hotel's location next to the train station offers easy access.

Breakfast offered a wide, varied selection of meals that pleased me so much. The buffet included many options. the piano bar provided a nice space. Drinks were sensibly priced. i found several good restaurants nearby, easily accessible!

The front desk staff spoke english fluently and assisted me so well, their helpfulness was appreciated. cleaning service occurred daily, ensuring a tidy room. The staff was friendly and eager to assist, i appreciate this. i had no issues at all.

The room included easily adjustable heating or cooling, i loved the control! the room was very nice and neat. It was also very quiet. the bathroom features were modern and well-kept. The beds were very comfortable too.

the pool access was so fun! the breakfast area had a wonderful buffet, it includes a lot of options. the staff was helpful when i needed directions. the location makes everything so easy.
the room are old! the fitness room had just a treadmill and one machine, what a bummer. i did see dust on the nightstand lamp, oh my. the service was not the best.

The location was convenient near public transport. the breakfast had a nice variety of options, including salmon. the pool area was lovely. I enjoyed relaxing there after a long day, it was very quiet.
The surrounding streets felt unsafe at night. It was full of homeless people. the hotel seemed a bit dated. It seemed like stepping back into the 80s. i did not like the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room, this was pretty inconvienient.
