the gym was located on the fourth floor. it had river views and was clean. the executive lounge staff was really helpful. Elizabeth was very friendly. she helped me with directions.
the room had worn doors. carpets were tired. the dining area was outdated. i found no adapter power sockets in my room.

I booked a high floor room with buffet breakfast. The room was nice. bathrooms were clean. The lobby and surrounding areas were also clean and well presented. the staff were very cute upon my arrival! i appreciated the excellent buffet breakfast options.
the view from my room was average, not very exciting. i would have liked a better view, especially considering the room's other qualities. still, the stay was overall quite good.
