Really good Comfort and Service

The room was super clean and well-kept I appreciated the attention to detail. The bed and pillows provided a restful sleep I woke up feeling refreshed. The staff was very attentive they handled all requests efficiently. I found the shuttle service to the terminals convenient. It saved time and hassle.
The selection of television channels was somewhat limited for such an otherwise well-appointed hotel. I hope they are able to provide more options in the future.

The superior room with two double beds was really spacious. I found fresh towels near the pool, a nice touch. The check in and check out processes were fast, i liked that. The staff seemed friendly, always a plus.
The hotel restaurant disappointed me. It took ages to get a glass of wine. The meal did not match its description. That REALLY upset me.

The staff were professional and happy to help. They were attentive and responded quickly to requests. It was really pleasant to have staff who seemed so invested in guest satisfaction.

i had an executive room that included access to drinks and snacks from 5 to 7 pm in the bar. the bar got busy on friday night, but the service remained fast. i appreciated the shuttle, it was a great way to travel to departures.
the minibar was empty, a shame for an airport hotel when guests check in late. i would expect a better stocked minibar.

Check-in was super efficient, and the staff were so cute. The restaurant provided great service with great selections. The shuttle service to the airport was prompt and stress-free! The room was quiet. I slept soundly.
I noticed a small stain on one of the towels.

The so-called executive lounge? More like an empty room. I paid extra for access, expecting some perks. No food, no drinks, nothing. The main bar offered a small plate of sad snacks. Four slices of something questionable passed as meat. A couple of dried apricots were there too. It's quite a trick to make an apricot depressing, but they nailed it. Guess I'll stick to instant coffee and my own snacks next time.

Check-in was EASY. The room was also quiet and private. It was a GREAT bonus after a long trip. The food was AMAZING!!!
The dressing gowns provided had a STRONG smell. The milk in the fridge was also rotten. It completely curdled when poured into tea. This was NOT what I expected for the price.
