The early check-in at 9:30 am was a lovely surprise after our long trip. It really helped us settle in quickly. the breakfast and dinner at the poet next door were delicious, with excellent service. i particularly appreciated marina paoli and leia's excellent customer service. They were helpful.
The tv in the apartment did not work, and it was stuck on. We couldn't turn it off. this was frustrating because we wanted to relax after a long day. The hotel changed our room in the evening

the gym access next door is very convenient and well-equipped, a fantastic option for staying active . there's an underground parking garage, but it's important to note that parking incurs an additional fee.

the poet restaurant is conveniently located next door and offers tasty meals with good service. i especially enjoyed their breakfast and dinner options. there are many restaurants and bars nearby, providing lots of alternatives.

The apartment size was generous. It was a great benefit, especially for our family. each room includes its own balcony. It is convenient for fresh air. the kitchen has all appliances with cutlery and cookware.

the staff were friendly and spoke english very well! marina paoli and leia stood out with their really good support and willingness to assist. they were always ready to solve the issues quickly.

the staff was supportive and the cleanliness of the room was acceptable.
the tv wasn't working in the apartment and remained switched on constantly i couldn't turn it off at all it was quite distracting.
