decent stay, some notable issues
poor acflimsy door
The air conditioning barely worked. I was pretty uncomfortable. our bathroom door was really flimsy and didn't close properly. It made getting around a real hassle. i found the room cleanliness just average at best too, which wasn't great.

Lovely stay. Charmed by the location

I found a tesco conveniently located right next door. Very handy! my studio on the second floor and a two-bedroom suite on the ninth floor were both great. i liked that breakfast had many options. earls court station is a ten-minute walk. Accessing heathrow via the piccadilly line was simple.
Showers were very small. The water pressure was weak. i also thought that my first room had a broken air conditioner and smelled terrible.

the earls court station is only ten minutes away on foot, and it made airport transfers very convenient, particularly when using the piccadilly line. the hotel is close to several key attractions. it's very simple to walk around.

The staff was friendly. they were always willing to help with directions and suggestions. i also observed them to be very responsive to requests. The hotel staff really tries to keep the areas as clean as possible.

The studio suite featured a kitchen unit. this came in handy when i wanted to prepare my meals. the room was super clean. it was also spacious. I loved the air conditioning, especially since i stayed during a very warm spell.

The breakfast selection offered many choices. The staff was helpful with our requests. The room came with a convenient kitchenette. I found the location to be quite accessible to local amenities.
The television in the bedroom would not turn off completely, it turned back on by itself after a few minutes.
