Mixed experience. Breakfast issues and overlooked credits

poor breakfastoverlooked credit
The breakfast was not good (i usually like marriott breakfasts). the service and food quality seemed below what i expect from a five-star hotel. also, during check-in, they didn't mention my room service credits. at check-out, the credits had not been applied, and i had to insist on seeing the breakdown. This credit was overlooked twice.

the housekeeping staff, neetesh kumar, took good care of the room.
the check-in process lacked warmth. i was told i had an upgraded room, but this information was incorrect at checkout. the room interiors felt dated and the bathroom did not seem well maintained.

the food tasted good. housekeeping staff neetesh kumar took care of the room. he kept it in good shape. the location was convenient. it was only fifteen minutes from the airport.
the check-in process was not great and not cute. i felt the room interiors looked old. it didn't seem up to the standard of this brand.
