I was impressed by this hotel! My room was spacious, and the linens felt crisp. The entertainment system provided ample entertainment. I found the staff's attention to detail and hospitality particularly striking. Their recommendations for local attractions enhanced my overall visit.
The hotel AC stopped functioning , and it required a technician's intervention to fix it. One of the two elevators was also out of service. This caused significant delays, especially during peak hours.

my room was clean! the vegetarian breakfast offered a huge variety, which i loved. the staff were helpful, assisting me in every way possible. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
the bathrooms definitely need some freshening up. i noticed an unpleasant odor in the elevators. the air conditioning unit could use a filter change, as my room initially had a stale smoke smell.
