i found the location great for coastal area exploration , with easy access to the train station. the staff was attentive , always making me feel welcome. the pool bar offered a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. the valet parking service was very convenient , A DEFINITE plus.
the shampoo and toiletries could use a slight upgrade , but this is a very minor point.

amazing hotel stay!

the room was modern with art deco style. it included storage space for luggage and clothes. the sea club, pool, and spa are all well maintained. it was like a relaxing way to spend the day!
the staff switched it on and off and assured me it was fixed when i asked reception if there was anything they could do about the poor air con. they couldn't provide a fan so the kids spent 6 nights sweltering.

the hotel is easy to access on foot from the train station. it connects to naples, pompei, and sorrento. the town is quiet with lots of delicious local restaurants so that was a plus!

all of the staff were attentive and ready to help any guest. vincenzo and his team in the restaurant stand out. they ensured great service! the reception staff were also very efficient and helpful.
