Really good Boutique Hotel Experience

I found everything about the hotel really good. The staff was friendly and very helpful with recommendations. The room was gorgeous. The complimentary mini bar was a nice touch (it included water and snacks). The hotel provided a lovely garden terrace to enjoy a nightcap.
The hotel is not easily accessible. Guests must climb around 100 steps to reach it from the street, something my parents would have struggled with.

The hotel is centrally located near many attractions and restaurants. It is situated midlevel on the cliff side, so panoramic views are available. This location is not so high up, therefore the hotel is easily accessible.

Breakfast was beautifully presented each morning. There were unique items and North American options. Unlimited still and sparkling water were always available. Complimentary coffee and tea were also provided at all times.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The staff seemed lazy , I asked for help with a local transfer. They took a long time to call a taxi, I had to follow up several times. Breakfast napkins were not clean. This was not a good sign, I was concerned about overall hygiene.

I found that the walls were thin. I could clearly hear the couple in the opposite room at 1 a.m. The breakfast itself seemed poor. It offered limited options beyond yogurt and fruit snacks.

there were a lot of steps to reach the hotel it was not well documented i found this frustrating the staff seemed slow getting a taxi for me i had to ask again the breakfast napkins had stains

the staff were friendly and helpful. the food was delicious!!!
unfortunately, i had the worst room. it had no real window. it was very noisy. breakfast preparation happened right next to the room. loud noise began at 6 a.m. the price was a little too high.
