brick wall thin walls
The location was acceptable with easy access to nearby attractions.
I requested a room with a view, but instead, I got a view of a brick wall. the noise from adjacent rooms made it difficult to sleep well because the walls seemed thin.

coastal charm and thoughtful touches
clean room decent size friendly staff
the room was very clean and a decent size. the bed felt comfy and the area was quiet. the staff at both locations were friendly. i would happily stay here again.

the hotel's location provided easy access to the cliff lift. it made getting to the seafront convenient, and walking into town was also quite easy, without any need for long trips.

Check-in was friendly and efficient, and i was assisted smoothly. parking was available very close to the hotel. parking discs were provided. This was a nice, cute touch.

The rooms included comfortable bedding. the rooms were a good size. fluffy towels added a feeling of comfort. Everything was clean and well-kept. the facilities were of good quality

old cupboard bedroom window
The location allowed convenient access to the clift lift. I purchased a scratchcard parking pass from the owner. This meant I did not use the car until departure.
The room I had booked did not match the online pictures. Old cupboards had pieces falling apart. The toilet sat so close to the door. I had to sit sideways. The back alley view from the bedroom window did not improve things.

wonderful apartment good equipment plenty of tea unfriendly woman missing picture eager behaviour
we got upgraded to a wonderful apartment when we arrived. it was next door, i think. the apartment had good equipment. there was plenty of tea coffee and milk available.
the woman who greeted us did not seem very friendly to me. she seemed eager to get rid of us. the room looked nothing like the pictures, really.
