convenient ski stay

The hotel had a good location near restaurants and shops. it was only a short walk to the ski lifts. the spa provided a relaxing setup. i appreciated using the spa twice after busy skiing days.
I found the bar service very slow. there did not seem to be enough staff. the hotel was also hot. I had to sleep with the window wide open, even with the heater turned off.

the hydro massage spa included a steam room and a sauna. a ski shop and the telecabin were located nearby. the hotel also offered ski lockers for convenient storage.

Fantastic Stay
good selectioneasy accessadded expense
I found a convenient location that allows easy access to nearby restaurants. The breakfast had a very good selection including fresh fruits. I also found ski lockers at the hotel for equipment storage. These ski lockers added ease for the gear.
I found the staff at the front desk to be unfriendly at arrival , made a poor first impression. The car park cost was not included adding an additional expense. These issues were important for me.

The room was well-appointed with modern amenities and furnishings that added comfort. I got provided with a spacious layout and a balcony that provided a view of the nearby surroundings. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries.

The hotel had a kids club and an arcade. i found the lounge and bar area great. the location is fantastic. It made everything accessible! breakfast featured a wonderful food selection.
the room got too hot. it was quickly solved by moving to another room. it was a slight inconvenience.

The breakfast had an amazing selection. The kids club seemed fantastic. Exercise classes with staff like Maria and Emelio were available. The pools were really nice with a steam room and sauna. The hotel is also in a great location (very convenient).
The shower temperature sometimes changed to very hot suddenly.

the room felt dated and showed signs of wear , specifically some damage to the furniture. i think maintenance is required to address these issues.
