The staff were friendly and ready to assist, i found this. cleanliness was also a strong point. The premises were well maintained. every area looked neat, tidy, and hygienic, i noted this in the rooms, common areas, and even the facilities.

The entrance to the carpark seemed very narrow. Looking at the scrapes on the wall i wasn't the only one to notice.

the air conditioning barely worked i only felt air venting. the temperature in the room rose to 26-27 degrees at night. each morning i found a lot of water on the bathroom tiles the shower was not sealed properly.
