Fantastic stay close to Queen Street!

friendly staffnearby roomgreat locationflashbot robot
The staff were friendly and very helpful. They met all our requests. We asked for rooms near each other for our family, and we got rooms right next door. The location is great, especially if you want to catch a ferry to Waiheke Island. I was surprised when a flashbot robot delivered my request for ice (it was amazing!).
The room wasn't really that clean. The glasses for water weren't clean especially.

Check-in was beautifully simple, streamlining our arrival after a long travel day. Staff members were able to provide detailed instructions from the airport to the hotel. Staff also offered information about local attractions (always a big help!).
Dining

The breakfast offered a lot of varieties, ensuring there was something for everyone. The option to book breakfast for a reasonable price added convenience. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
