the location was appropriate for my city visit.
the building lacked maintenance, and the rooms had some odd designs. a steel beam ran across the room and made standing difficult in places. the bathroom also lacked a storage shelf.

location its great. its a short walk to the sky tower. my room had a decent size. the bed was comfy and it had a small kitchen.
towels feels like sandpaper. i find things were average. there was a leak in reception and water stayed there for 3 days without mopping.

The in-room washer and dryer were very useful. The location made it easy to walk to the harbor and shopping. My room had a kitchenette. Smooth check in and out made arrival and departure easy.
Hallways smelled strongly of cooking odours.

The hotel is near the Sky Tower, only a short walk away. I found the proximity to Queen Street and the harbor convenient. It allowed easy access to dining and shopping options. Though the roadside parking was cheaper.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The check-in process was quick and efficient. They offered luggage storage. It was useful after checkout. I also found the front desk to be responsive to requests.

Location was good because it had a descent walk to the harbour. I also liked it was local to shops and restaurants. The fridge and tea making facilities were in the room, and this helped. Bed were very comfy and air conditioning work very well.
I had a massive problem get out of the parking cellar. This was due to miscommunications with the reception woman several times. She were friendly w checkins but it take 4-5 conversations to understand the basement. Room had a girder go straight through the side, so i had essentially no desk.
