I found the room spacious. the cleaning was very thorough. fatma was especially attentive and meticulous. I really appreciated her efforts.

lovely room helpful staff street noise outside noise
My room was lovely. The lobby area was also quite lovely and the staff were all helpful. I felt VERY welcomed, it was a wonderful experience.
The noise from the street outside was a downside. That is to be expected in a lively city, a CITY that never sleeps.

balanced experience
nespresso coffee friendly staff convenient location outdated air conditioning street noise unacceptable curtain
the room was clean i especially liked the nespresso coffee being available for free next to the bed the location was also great it was close to the subway the staff was friendly and smiling during breakfast. housekeeping was awesome she cleaned the room daily she changed the bed and added coffee capsules and water every day
the ac seemed outdated and did not shut off automatically it got very cold i had to turn it on and off manually from the wall there was no remote control the noise from the street was loud i could hear all the street noises there were no blackout curtains only unacceptable ones.
