adequate stay. some issues noted
faulty air conditioning small parking
the location was really good for getting around the city. it was easy to walk to most attractions.
The air conditioning did not work properly. It was preset to 23 degrees and controlled by reception. this made the room uncomfortably warm. the underground parking was too small for my car. The entrance was also difficult because of poor lane markings.

Nice City Stay
fresh fruits comfortable chairs facial mask well trained staff
The breakfast offered many choices. I particularly enjoyed fresh fruits and vegetables. The room had a terrace with comfortable chairs to watch TV. Luxury products including a facial mask were available in the amazing bathroom. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They engaged with us upon each arrival and departure from the hotel.
The room required some minor updates.

The building is beautifully renovated and kept in great condition. Access to the corridors leading to the rooms is located around a staircase, a very unique design element. An underground parking area is available making arrival by car very practical.

The staff were kind and helpful during the whole stay. The serving staff were very polite and attentive to guests' needs. Staff greeted us whenever we entered or exited the hotel and provided any assistance needed.

The hotel is situated very close to the city center. It is also near many shopping venues. There is much to see and do within easy walking distance of the premises. The hotel is near nice bars and restaurants, very convenient.

large buffet well trained staff
the breakfast buffet was large. the reception staff were knowledgeable and always answered questions, so i found that helpful.
the parking is non reservable. i could not use the car with a guarantee of parking when i returned to the hotel.
