Excellent Ski Holiday Base

The hotel provided excellent communication prior to arrival. The location was very convenient, close to lifts and slopes, enabling easy access to Vallandry. The on-site ski hire made equipment rental simple. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly throughout my stay (i appreciated this).
The towel hooks in the room could have been more plentiful.

ski accessfriendly staff
i loved that this hotel let me ski in and out , even though it was not advertised that way. returning on the belvedere run was super convenient and in the mornings i just went straight ahead to vallandry for a quieter lift experience. the staff was really friendly and spoke english fluently.
the lack of hooks in the room for hanging towels was a minor inconvenience.

limited choicemorning noise
the evening half board buffet was not good. it lacked choice. there were no vegetarian options. i even considered cancelling half board after one night and eating out instead. the room faced loading bays so it was VERY noisy each morning at 6am. odd number rooms on lower floors are not suitable.

Skiing Holiday Delight

The room offered great valley views and generous space. I found the hotel close to the Charmetogger lift, practically on the slope. Breakfast included an omelette station. Cocktails were also great. I liked that staff went to tell kitchen when we arrived late and hadnt eaten.

Wonderful Hotel Experience

I was very impressed with the modern design of the hotel, including the rooms and bar. The breakfast was also a highlight. I especially liked the omelette station. The location near the Charmetogger lift proved convenient for skiing. I also found the views down the valley from my room beautiful. The staff spoke English!
