The room service really missed the mark. It reminded me of requesting anything was a monumental task. also, the cleanliness was questionable. i found dust in several spots, suggesting the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned recently. A real letdown. the shuttle bus, it was more like a ghost bus, rarely saw it when i needed it.

the room was big and clean the sofa even accommodated two people the location is on a main road it provided easy taxi access to the haram the hotel had a calm atmosphere with many restaurants within 500 meters.
the hotel did not provide water despite repeated requests this felt dismissive.

I found the staff helpful with great service. They answered my questions promptly. the rooms have good size, and i appreciated the included breakfast. i was pleased with the regular, punctual shuttle service to the haram. the bus was new and clean.

The provided bus transport to and from Haram was good. The rooms were well decorated. I was happy with how they looked.
The sink was clogged. the telephone was not working. I needed to go downstairs to the reception whenever I needed something, annoying.

the room was clean. the bed was comfortable and the sheets felt freshly laundered. breakfast included many choices, a nice surprise. the bus service to the haram ran on schedule. i found the check-in and check-out process to be smooth and efficient.
i found the shuttle bus frequency lower compared to other hotels. the bus was sometimes crowded. this made planning my trips a bit more difficult.
