damp smell price discrepancy
The room had a REALLY damp smell that persisted. I also noticed the minibar prices seemed inaccurate. I had to double-check the bill to ensure I wasn't overcharged (a real hassle!). The staff were pleasant, but addressing the price discrepancy required WAY more effort than it should have. This definitely detracted from the overall experience.

excellent stay in beautiful surroundings
spacious room convenient shuttle great service
i appreciated the spacious room with balcony access. the bathroom had a separate shower and tub. breakfast offered many choices and i found the free shuttle to the town center very convenient. the staff provided great service at all times. the pool was massive with forest views and a bar.
Some prices in the in-room dining menu needed updating. I noticed a discrepancy when reviewing the ticket.

the hotel is situated outside the busy city. nature surrounds the hotel creating a serene environment. the free shuttle offers easy access to the city center.

a mixed experience
breakfast item jungle location foot massage unfinished wood narrow access distant pool
i enjoyed the breakfast with its range of items. you could order or take from the buffet. the location was amazing and in the middle of the jungle with a fine view. a complementary foot massage was a bonus.
the room was decorated with some unfinished wood. this made for a damp smell when i first entered. access was a little narrow for a big car. i guess this is a hidden gem. the pool isnt connected to the hotel and it is located far below. so, i did not go there quickly.
