Absolutely wonderful stay!

amazing surprisesspecial songcaptivating performance
I received amazing birthday surprises from the staff, including birthday decorations! They even created a special birthday song. The team, especially Pak Yudi and Pak Jaka, offered great service. I didn't want to leave. This place is worth the money I spent here. There was also a captivating cultural dance performance at the restaurant.
The hot water supply wasn't always consistent, requiring some patience at times.

The spa offers a combination of natural sounds from the river and birds, paired with a very relaxing massage. The resort has a great location in the jungle. These facilities contributed positively to my overall experience.

The staff is always kind, caring, and full of joy. I found them above expectations! My requests were organized within minutes via WhatsApp. The E-butler service organized motorbike rental, bookings, reservations, and laundry. I appreciated the attentive and efficient service provided.

The staff was helpful. Our villa was very comfortable. Morning and afternoon turn down service are available. The five course dinner in the pool featured amazing food and wine, also the atmosphere was perfect.

Breakfast became a la carte, this allows one to order what one wants. Everything was fresh. It seems much better than any buffet, because it is more personalized.

Staff members were very kind, also attentive. They helped with luggage, then escorted one to the room. A welcome ritual was done. I did loved that touch of hospitality.
