fantastic stay with great amenities
warm welcome food order great ski room
The apartment was really clean, the staff welcomed me warmly. the pool was perfect. the sauna was relaxing! i could order food from the bakery at reception every morning. I found this a lovely touch. the ski room was also great. I could leave skis overnight, and they stayed dry due to the warmth.

The bus stop was right outside. It was convenient. the hotel is only nine kilometers from chamonix, a short drive. It was easily accessible by car.

The hotel offers a swimming pool with a sauna. It was a relaxing experience. there is also a fitness room on site. I found it above expectations. the hotel features a heated ski room with lockers. This made storing equipment easy.

I could order food from the bakery every morning at reception. The food was great. a bakery is within walking distance. It was very convenient and useful for quick snacks and pastries.

Really good stay!
immaculate sauna spacious parking convenient bus
The apartment was roomy and well maintained. It felt relatively new. The pool, fitness room, sauna, and steam room were perfect. Facilities was superb! I found the underground parking spacious and convenient. The bus stop right in front of the hotel was very helpful.
I did notice a lack of hot water in the evenings. Reception mentioned many guests using the showers simultaneously. This occurred each evening between 6 and 9 pm. It felt unacceptable for such an hotel.

The apartment included a complete kitchen. Rooms felt clean, functional, and quiet, which i appreciated! The bed was comfortable ensuring a restful night.

The hotel provides easy access to shops. The bus stop is near the hotel. Chamonix is easily accessible by car. It is only a short drive. Several very good restaurants are within a five minute walk.

mixed feelings about my stay
noisy children inconsistent water
The spa area was often crowded. many children made a lot of noise, even in areas supposedly for adults only. i found the jacuzzi barely warm. It wasn't really hot at all. The hot water supply was also inconsistent. every evening, around 6-9 pm, there wasn't enough hot water for showers, and the staff blamed it on too many guests using the facilities simultaneously, it was pretty frustrating.

The indoor pool includes a sauna and hammam. The location is great. A bus stop is right outside the building. I ordered food from the bakery through reception every morning (it was a lovely touch).
