the location is great it is close to the city center and right next to aiguille du midi cable car i found handy parking. the staff were friendly and helpful.
the reception closes at 8pm i thought this was not adapted to a 3-star hotel. as a result there was a lack of atmosphere

The room was spacious and included a balcony (it was lovely to have a place to sit outside). the location was central. Restaurants and shops were a short walk away. breakfast was available and the staff was very friendly.
the reception desk closes relatively early in the evening.

The room included a balcony with valley views. It was very scenic. Beds were indeed comfortable, I slept very well. The shower had hot and powerful water, something I needed after my hiking.
The service was somewhat disappointing, though the staff tried their best. The reception closed relatively early at 8 PM. This closing creates a lack of atmosphere. I hope they will extend it.
