amazing professionalism relaxing environment attentive staff
The front desk manager sami gave me a warm welcome. His professionalism was amazing. the hotel is fine! the pool area was a relaxing environment. the staff at the pool were very attentive. Their warmth elevated every moment.

The resort features a big swimming pool along with well-organized gyms and parking areas. an hourly shuttle takes guests to the private beach resort. It's just a ten minute ride away. these facilities meet essential guest requirements.

The location is central. It is accessible to a big mall, grand mall, only 5 mins walk. tourist attractions are also close. i really enjoyed that it was easy to order in from talabat. The location is super easy for drivers, though!

amazing family trip!
great landscaping tropical paradise spacious villa convenient location
I really loved the two bedroom villa we stayed in. Its closeness to the pool and restaurant was super convenient. the lazy river was definitely a hit with my kids! the landscaping gave us great privacy on our terrace. the whole resort seemed like a tropical paradise. our villa was really spacious, clean, and well-equipped too!
i found some of the furniture slightly chipped or stained .

the room had two separate sinks and a large shower area. daily housekeeping kept everything super clean. fresh towels were always available. i liked the contemporary design and the comfortable beds, perfect for restful nights.

breakfast offered lots of international options and the coffee was AMAZING!!! there were also dedicated stations for eggs and fresh juices, super handy. the staff were attentive and kept everything well-stocked during peak hours.

the main pool had plenty of loungers and shaded areas. the lazy river was great for a relaxing float. the gym included several treadmills, stationary bikes, and weight machines, meeting all my exercise needs.

The hotel is really close to the grand mall, made shopping easy. a short taxi ride got me to the beach and main attractions. i loved how accessible everything was. Exploring the area was super simple!
