a decent stay

the location was good not far from amenities. staff members were very friendly and willing to help. nahila sorted out an upgraded room for me. she ensured my check in process went smoothly and gave me a sea view room.
i am not sure how this place has 5 stars. i requested an early check in. the type of room that i booked was not available. reception suggested adding two twin beds to make a king bed.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The spacious room was clean. A full kitchen included a dishwasher. I appreciated the washing machine in the unit.
I noticed limited food options around the hotel. This was a minor inconvenience.

i really appreciated the prompt and courteous service. my room was well-equipped and very clean. the provided washing machine was very useful. the breakfast offered many choices and was quite good, i thought.
The lighting in the room was quite dim. It could use better illumination.

The location is near many tourist attractions and the metro. the hotel is centrally located to visit different areas, something i very much liked. It is also near an international supermarket.

The hotel provides a rooftop pool with city views, which i found wonderful. the hotel includes a useful kitchenette, a pleasant addition for preparing meals. I also found the gym equipment to be well kept.
