the staff was not helpful, and i found them rude at times. i felt unwelcome. simple requests were often met with an eye roll or a flat refusal. they were definitely understaffed.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. I found the location to be central with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Ample parking was available behind the hotel.
The overhead lighting in my room was mainly provided by ceiling lights.

The location provided easy access to the beach, boardwalk, and several restaurants. The hotel provides superb access. I could easily walk everywhere, and the area felt safe and secure, a significant factor for me.

i loved how the staff. my room was huge and the seaview was just very nice a real highlight. i found the location perfect right by the beach with easy access to restaurants and shops. breakfast was amazing i really liked it!
the only thing i can think of is that i noticed the pool was right next to the parking lot it wasn't a major issue though

The hotel has a great location directly on the beach. The spacious balcony offered fantastic views. I found the breakfast fabulous. The studio was very well equipped and clean .
I experienced that the rooms need complete sound proofing. I could hear noise from the pool music and the corridor. It was a bit like sleeping outside. This is a basic thing for hotels.
