excellent stay!
helpful staffbreakfast buffetvinegar smell
the staff was friendly and helpful with anything i needed. the breakfast had much choice and the buffet was monitored carefully! the hotel location was great and it was perfect for my family.
the bathroom tiles had a lot of grime and the cleaning products smelled heavily of vinegar. the bedding also had a strong, unpleasant smell. this was a noticeable issue .

there were plenty of sunbeds for everyone around the pool! the hotel offers a great buffet breakfast every morning. the hotel spa has two saunas, some showers with different temperatures, and an indoor pool.

The location provided easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants, convenient.
The bathroom needed more attention. I saw grime on the tiles and cleaning products left a strong vinegar odor. The bedding also had an unpleasant smell. I am unsure what caused it.

The staff was very attentive and efficient. I found a nice room with good amenities. It had an excellent balcony. The food was delicious. I enjoyed the options available at breakfast. The location was close to the beach, only minutes away.
The gym was somewhat small, and sometimes it got crowded during peak hours.

faulty safe
The minibar was not very cold, so drinks weren't refreshing upon return from the beach. The safe in the room was also not working. I had to call maintenance to fix it. The technician arrived quickly, but it was still an inconvenience.
