Adequate stay overall
yoga mat large bathroom poor cleaning plastic knife
The location is good. It is close to many attractions and services. The room had a yoga mat for morning stretching, which I found useful. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and nicely decorated.
The cleaning staff only cleaned my room once during my four-night stay! I did not find that acceptable. There was no way to get a knife to cut pizza, unless I wanted a plastic one. I think that is odd.

some issues with service quality
service disappointment missing surprise
The room was well designed and very clean. I appreciated the space. the window seats were a great feature.
I was disappointed with the service. I read rave reviews, particularly from people celebrating a special occasion, but my experience was just ok. it was my partner's birthday. I asked in advance if i could arrange a surprise in our room, but the hotel said they would sort it and it never materialised. the snack station had only coffee and water .

decent stay
filtered water convenient coffee spacious room squeaky floor slow service unacknowledged request
the hotel offered filtered water from the tap, it was quite useful. the room provided was clean and fairly spacious. i liked the option to get a coffee drink in the lobby, i found it convenient.
the floor in my room squeaked a lot with every step. i contacted guest services to request sheets for the sofa bed because there were none, it took a while. there was no acknowledgement of my request to surprise my granddaughter for her birthday, it was disappointing.

Okay stay, some noise issues
comfortable seat river view large room dirty floor noise issue strange people
i liked the window seats a lot. they are comfortable. it was nice to chill looking at the river and city. the room was also large, which i appreciated.
the floor wasn't vacuum cleaned good. i even saw a hair tie in the room when i arrive. there was terrible noise until 2am. the hotel is not doing anything regarding strange people near the 7/11
