I found the hotel new and clean. the front desk staff was excellent. i arrived late and needed help. Every interaction with them was quick and pleasant.
The room's ventilation, mostly in the bathroom, ran constantly. It could not be turned off.

the staff was friendly and well trained. she helped with my questions and made check-in so fast! the breakfast area had lots of natural light. security was quite apparent, so i not sketchy at all.
the pillows were too soft for my liking, maybe harder options would be awesome

some cleanliness issues, a bit disappointing
black moldhard floor
The shower wasnt very clean. I spotted some black mold. also, i didnt realize when i booked the room there wasnt carpeting. the hard floor. plus, i could hear a lot of noise from the room above, what sounded like constant walking and even a vacuum cleaner.

Totally Awesome Stay! What a Gem!

The front desk staff were super well-trained and friendly. I found she assisted with questions and made check in so fast. The breakfast was totally perfect, providing lots of natural light. Security was quite apparent, so I secure hotel .
I noticed the pool operated within limited hours. It closed at 9 PM. This restricted my ability to use it later in the evening, it was a minor inconvenience.
