wobbly toiletunreliable wifi
the toilet wobbled it was not secure i found holes in the walls and the floor trim was cracked too the double room felt small as the bed was against the wall the wifi was unreliable we used all our data.

I found the apartment layout beautiful. It included everything I needed for my short stay! Communicating with the hotel representatives was very easy. The location proved excellent, close to many shops and local amenities.
The hotel lacked a carbon monoxide detector. I ended up buying one for safety, so I could feel more relaxed.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. The check-in process was very easy.
I had booked a top floor apartment, I was given a bottom floor one upon arrival, and I received no warning. One bedroom had the fire exit door. It felt drafty. I also felt less safe in that room, so I slept with the children in the other bedroom.

the staff offered assistance when needed. the apartment was quiet.
the toilet wobbled when i sat on it. this issue is unacceptable considering the price. the installation seemed somewhat amateurish, even with modern fixtures.
