Excellent Stay with Friendly Faces!

The location is super convenient, offering easy access to the city center. I found the beds comfortable, and the room was very clean. Caroline and Adam at reception were so cute.

I noticed that the bathroom was quite worn. The wood had some swelling and was finished with poorly applied silicone, showing some mold. I hope they can address this soon

The location offered easy access to transport links. The staff were helpful. Adam at reception assisted with carrying our pram. He was cute.

We received three towels and tea provisions, though we booked a family room for four. The bathroom was very tired with gaps around the bath panel. The mirror light was flaking off.

the dressing table chairs felt a bit dated for me. i would like to see shower curtains replaced. curtain tracks could be updated with poles.

the staff were lovely and cute when i arrived. my room was very nice and neat. the pub restaurant next door was perfect for food and drinks (i had a lovely burger).

i found only three towels in my room when i checked in. i noticed there were no electrical sockets near the beds. the bathroom looked very tired with gaps around the bath panel.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was bright and clean as it was newly painted. Heating was easily controlled. I was comfortably warm.

I could not sleep due to the noise from the pub garden. People shouted and argued and doors slammed all night long.
