a perfect restful stay
convenient parking helpful host good breakfast ideal location
i liked the convenient parking. richard was very helpful. breakfast tasted so good. the location was ideal for a short walk to restaurants.
the noise from other guests could be heard occasionally.

Superb Guesthouse Experience
convenient location plentiful water thoughtful parking
The location was really convenient, close to many amenities. Hot water was plentiful and pressure amazing. The provided breakfast was delicious. Richard offered a fantastic selection. I also appreciated the offer to extend our parking when we dropped off our bags. That was very thoughtful.
The room lacked a microwave, though the apartment was fairly independent! It would have been useful for heating up small meals.

The studio was spotlessly clean. Everything felt fresh. The room was ensuite. Shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash were available. The suite was stylish with everything needed for a short break.

The check-in process was seamless using the smart lock. We had parking available in front. It was very practical. It gave a safe feeling that he also stays in the guesthouse!

A great traditional breakfast was served each morning. The hot breakfast was freshly prepared. There was a large selection of marmalade and fruits. I could choose what components I wanted each day.

excellent guest house experience
cosy room helpful host peaceful area walking distance
i found my room cosy and equipped well. the host was very friendly and helpful. the location allowed easy access to nearby shops, pubs, restaurants and public transport (it was a really peaceful area). also, i was able to walk to the train and bus stations in just five minutes.
the stairs were somewhat tough when i had my large luggage.

the hotel is near the city centre (ideal for exploring). i parked for free from 17:30 to 8:00 right outside. it provided excellent access to all transport links and local attractions. it made getting around very convenient.

small space sound insulation
the proprietor was friendly. clean accommodation are appreciated.
the room i had was small. there was very little space for luggage. the noise from other guests walking above became a problem at night, disrupting my sleep. i suggest better sound insulation is needed.

the location was central. i found parking easily after 6pm. the breakfast had good choices.
the space to walk around felt small. there was no microwave available. i noticed the noise from upstairs.
