the air conditioning worked very well. it was a relief during the hot days.

I was disappointed by the condition of the room. the wardrobe was missing its doors, quite inconvenient. also, the linens seemed very worn. They did not feel fresh or clean.

The location was excellent, close to many attractions. The breakfast included various cheese, it was very pleasing. All the staff was very good, they provided tailored requirements.

The room smelled of smoke, this was unpleasant. The bathroom was not very clean, this was also a problem. I found the floor to be sticky.

the staff seemed helpful (i suppose).

the room had a strange smell, like old gym socks, and it wasn't the most inviting welcome i have ever experienced. also, the shower head was leaking all over the floor, so that was something i would have fixed, had i worked there.
