The food selection was great. There was plenty for ALL tastes. The splash park is safe for children. The bowling and free play arcade machines are fun for children.

The beach volleyball field was not prepared properly. I got injured because of this. The maintenance is superficial. The teen space was above 30 degrees at night. Almost half the games were not working. I think this is unacceptable.

i found the lobby excellent. the reception area offered campaign and fresh juice. the staff showed politeness. i enjoyed high-quality bedding and toiletries in my room.

the hotel didn't send me a link to the hotel information until a week into our holiday, it was quite annoying.

The food was really good even though we went only to the buffet. My children wouldn't sit still for the a la cartes. The slide pool for the kids WAS AMAZING. The fruit bar close by was really excellent.

I booked this hotel for my husband's birthday PRESENT. We were REALLY disappointed with our stay. The hotel is very dark inside and uninviting, it is in major need of an upgrade. The carpet on the stairs in parts is threadbare.
