The staff were helpful, smiling, and attentive. I liked that. my room had a mosquito net over the patio doors, a definite plus. the restaurant provided a solid breakfast, so i did not need to search for other options. the hotel is in a central spot near many bars and food places.

The door was very thin. I had less privacy.

my beautiful room included a two-seater sofa with a large tv and a usb outlet. soft pillows also, so i could relax and watch something. i had a balcony with chairs facing the street.

There is a restaurant attached to the hotel. I had breakfast there every day. the hotel has a lift that i used to access upper floors, so i did not need to carry my luggage. the breakfast had solid choices.

The staff at reception and the cleaning staff are professional and friendly. check-in and check-out were quick, which i greatly appreciated after a long journey, it was all very efficient!

I found the staff polite and respectful. The bed was very big and the pillows were lovely, ensuring a restful sleep each night (which is always a plus!). The cleaning staff kept the room immaculate daily. Also the breakfast was great.

The towels was a bit old.

the attached copperspoon restaurant provides a solid breakfast choice, and the staff are always amenable! the apartment was clean with a proper kitchenette, it had a sink, dishes, cups and kettle facilities.

the door was too thin, this resulted in less privacy

The breakfast service extends until 4 PM, super convenient for late risers. The rooms are spacious and quiet, even though the area is lively, WOW. The interior garden is beautiful. I enjoyed the peace there.

Unfortunately there WERE ants in the room! but they cleaned and changed the sheets right away after I mentioned it
