modern stay with excellent service
modern design panoramic view comfortable bed
the beautiful panoramic seaview offered a beautiful and relaxing sea view. the hotel is across from the beach. the room and bed were comfortable. the staff were always cute and ready to assist when i needed something. i found many different foods at the breakfast buffet.
the gym was rather small, offering minimal equipment beyond a treadmill and dumbbells.

the hotel enjoys a convenient position near jomtien beach. the local taxis were accessible, simplifying travel to different areas. the position away from the city offered a quiet environment.

humidity problem minibar refills
The air conditioning struggled to keep up with the humidity in my room. it felt damp, especially after showering. The layout made it worse. also, the promised minibar refills never happened. it was a letdown. the rooftop area wasn't open either, disappointing since i looked forward to it.

mediocre stay with some issues
unfilled minibar poor management
the rooftop area wasn't open like they said. it was difficult to access the gym early even though they advertise it open 24 hours. they say you get two free drinks from the minibar, but they never refilled it. also, the cleaning outside my room wasn't good. i saw room service trays sitting out there for hours, like 15 or 17. poor management i would say.

Excellent Stay with a Great View
clean room modern style friendly service sunset view
The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Breakfast offered many food options, including Western and Thai dishes. All staff provided very friendly service, from check-in to the restaurant. The sunset view from the balcony was breezy and amazing..
The pool needed more sunbeds and umbrellas, making it difficult to find a spot at times.
