slow service unresolved billing
the room was clean and seemed to include everything needed for a short stay.
The service felt slow, especially at the bar, it was almost empty. there was also a billing issue after checkout. I noticed an incorrect charge from the hotel restaurant on a day when i didn't eat there. despite multiple attempts to contact management, the issue remains unresolved, its frustrating.

some issues during stay
long check-in elevator malfunction
check-in took much longer than expected. my room was not ready until hours after the stated check-in time. this delay meant i missed time i had planned to spend at the pool. the elevator was also out of service, so i had to walk up to the third floor with my luggage.

Underwhelming experience
elevated noise level billing error
The room was clean.
I was very disappointed with the noise level. I could clearly hear people walking above me. The lack of casual dining options was also annoying, as I had to travel into town for simpler meals. The staff did not resolve the billing issue I reported before my departure-.
