The front desk staff where AWESOME when checking in and checking out.
The blankets were thin and the material wasn't GREAT. The fridge was SUPER loud so I ended up having to unplug it. There wasn't a lot of overall comfort.

I got a king room balcony without a view and the space was adequate. The room included a fridge. I could get ice from a machine on my floor. Parking was free, a definite plus.
The walls are thin. I heard neighbor noise at night.

The marina is located near the town. The hotel is also situated close to various shops. This makes accessing necessary amenities and exploring the area very easy.

the location was amazing! shops and restaurants were a short walk away. the staff made excellent recommendations for hikes and restaurants. i definitely plan to return and stay here in the future.
Parking was not guaranteed. It took over 30 minutes to find a spot. i think dedicated parking should be enforced staying at the hotel.

Shelter restaurant had a picturesque harbor view. I enjoyed a drink watching the sunset. the restaurant offered a diverse menu with dishes prepared using fresh ingredients. Reservations are recommended. customer service was great. Even the sofa bed had a real mattress.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. I had a balcony with limited views, but it was still nice. the bed was super comfy. I slept really well. rooms have netflix on the tv. Others include local shower products.

The gym had state-of-the-art fitness equipment. It overlooked the ocean. there is a public dock where you can enjoy the scenery. i did notice coffee pods and dried milk substitutes were in the room.

The hotel is set directly on the water with a public dock. It's a beautiful location! the hotel is right in the downtown area and is very walkable. many shops and restaurants are nearby. The national park is close too.

The staff was attentive to my needs! they were knowledgeable and cute, offering excellent recommendations for local activities. i found the check-in process smooth. The staff always assisted with a smile.

Lovely Getaway with Amazing Amenities!

I was so happy with the room setup. There were two double beds in the room, and it was very modern (a big plus!). I asked for a microwave, and the staff happily provided it (super helpful). The Shelter restaurant on site was quite good, and its location was a short walk into town (very convenient). The boat trip to Hot Springs Cove was amazing. Johnny took time to find wildlife close to the travel route, thoughtful. We spotted grey whales, otters, and stellar sea lions (I loved it!). This. The staff at reception and the Adventure Centre were lovely (they were very cute!). I especially appreciated the young lady at checkout, she collected our fresh-caught prawns chilling in the Adventure Centre freezer (so nice of her!).
The hotel room was clean and well-kept. there was no air conditioning, only a desk fan.

The gym included state-of-the-art fitness equipment and offered a lovely view of the water. The fitness space had a range of machines, awesome for a full body workout. The Shelter Restaurant offered great meals.

The hotel is near the center. I could easily walk to various shops and restaurants. The harbour is close, especially the Hot Springs Cove.

the gym had a lot to offer with a great variety of equipment (i especially liked the free weights area). i also found ample parking available , made coming and going easy.
my room lacked a chair, made working on my laptop a bit inconvenient.
