I really enjoyed the convenient shuttle service to the haram. It ran consistently and saved lots of walking time. my room offered a wonderful clock tower view, a good surprise. the ground floor shops made getting necessities easy and quick, i liked that.

My room had a good air conditioner and also included a mus'haf, a prayer rug, and slippers. I was happy with that. it also provided tea, coffee, and bathroom supplies, very useful.

The reception staff were really nice, and resolved my questions fast. I found them super helpful. mamdooh, a receptionist, really stood out for his great pr skills. the hotel also provides routine buses at set intervals.

the building had a mosque on site, it provided good facilities for prayers. i found a barber shop, cafe, grocery store, and souvenir shops in the hotel, great. regular, comfortable transport to al haram is always available.

The room size was good. It was neither too small nor cramped.
Waiting times felt excessive. housekeeping was also lacking, and i had to request basic toiletries multiple times. It was frustrating!!! the promised wifi was spotty and unreliable.

i find the beds and pillows very good and comfortable. i love the view of clock tower. i find the hotel close to al haram with a short bus ride. they provide buses always to and from al haram. the wifi has good speed and accessible from the room.
i find some staff unhelpful. the shuttle on friday wasn't good. i travel on friday and experience bad delay which make me return to the hotel late after prayers. the clean service wasn't great.

the hotel offers transportation to the haram every 15 minutes, which i use frequently. shops inside the hotel stay open till late offering convenience. a barber shop and fruit stand is also available on the premises.
