hotel staffsmooth procedures
i found the hotel staff just adorable.. nimeka, ashwati, and riya treated me so well. they guided me systematically through check-in and check-out. i'd love to stay here for a longer visit!
this was disappointing as i was looking forward to using the fitness facilities.

i enjoyed a nice lunch with a good variety of dishes and excellent service. the restaurant offers many options at very good prices. special care was taken to prepare allergy-friendly food for a friend.

the staff was super helpful and quick to respond to all our needs.. mr youssef helped a lot at check-in, he answered all our questions and inquiries. mrs riya was amazing at check-out, so helpful and kind. all the room and cleaning staff were equally kind and helpful, everything was smooth.
the parking was a slight inconvenience. while self-parking was mentioned, i ended up having to hand over the car for them to park it. this meant waiting whenever i needed my car back, a bit of a hassle.

the reception staff was really helpful and conveniently located near most tourist spots.. the sea view room offered great views. receptionist riya helped a lot and provided us with a great room.

the hotel features a pool with extended opening hours.. i found this very convenient. the location is quite good, especially its nearness to fine dining restaurants, abu dhabi mall, and galleria mall.

we booked two rooms, and they were spacious plus comfortable for four people. the rooms are clean and bright, with a view of the bay.. it was very beautiful. housekeeping services provided fresh towels and toiletries daily.

Mr. Youssef from customer service was very cheerful and provided excellent support. The staff welcomed me warmly and check-in was fast. I received a room upgrade and the location proved perfect for my needs. Good internet allowed me to work from my room efficiently.
The baby crib was not as clean as I expected.

The rooftop pool was awesome! it had plenty of space for lounging and the views went on forever, such a cool spot for pictures! my room, a beautiful king room partial sea view, was very clean. The daily linen changes. the hotel is near the centre, so getting around was simple!
