EXCELLENT Central Hotel!
relaxing balcony complimentary water breakfast options helpful staff
My room had a balcony with furniture, it was very relaxing. I had complimentary bottled water, such a nice touch. The breakfast included MANY options, I REALLY enjoyed it! Staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel location is close to the bus station and several shops, super convenient.
The elevator was somewhat slow. Still, it functioned properly.

The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. They addressed all my questions with a smile. Daily room cleaning provided fresh towels and toiletries, and the staff ensured a consistently tidy environment. This consistent attention.

This hotel is very central and close to amenities, including shops. The hotel is also just across from the main bus station, made day trips easy. Dining options abound in the area, a bonus!

I got a top-floor room, and it included a HUGE balcony with deck chairs. The room had silent air conditioning, SUCH a difference for good sleep. The fridge kept my complimentary water chilled.

inconvenient air conditioning small shower
Breakfast was very good. It had lots of variety for all diets.
The air conditioning unit blew directly on the beds. This was very uncomfortable. The staff seemed unconcerned when I reported my issues. The shower was also quite small and difficult to maneuver in.

The internet was awful. Breakfast was also not good enough , the hotel is kind of old. There was no safe in the room.

The breakfast was indeed excellent with fresh options. The location was near the bus station. I could easily walk to the Venetian Harbour. The staff was friendly and efficient.
The shower was small, but it was manageable.

The hotel breakfast included many choices. Fresh juice was provided, a good start of the day. The location was ideal. I found it convenient being close to transport links. The staff were very helpful. They always answered all my questions.
