charmed by this resort!

I was upgraded to a superior room lagoon swim out and it was fabulous. the staff was helpful, especially with early check-in. I even got breakfast. the hotel included a nice mix of young and older guests and i enjoyed the spa. it was such a lovely experience and i felt pampered throughout my stay!!!

the sofabed in my room was more suited for children, which wasn't ideal.

breakfast was very diverse and delicious. there were tasty and varied half board meals and excellent à la carte restaurants offered italian and greek dishes, both proving to be very nice choices.

The staff was very friendly upon arrival and offered a welcome drink. I received a complimentary room upgrade which improved my stay significantly. The room had a modern design and overlooked the pool and sea. Fresh towels and bottled water were supplied twice daily.

the air conditioning in the room barely functioned despite multiple complaints to staff it never improved rooms felt cramped for a supposed five star hotel check in occurred two hours behind schedule which was a disappointing beginning to my vacation
