This hotel was so great with its prime lakeside location. the breakfast buffet included very fluffy pancakes and many european items. the staff were friendly.
the hotel lacked usb ports in the rooms. i had to use an adapter for my devices.

the hotel pool area had a good number of sunbeds and chairs. the hotel provided beach towels and a bag, SUCH a convenient touch wanting to enjoy the lake. the hotel's location on lake garda offers swimming opportunities close by.

the staff were helpful and friendly. reception staff demonstrated excellent customer service at all times. the restaurant team, led with calm assurance, delivered a positive dining experience. the team showed patience with dietary needs.

the hotel has a lakeside location close to the town center. it is an easy walk to the ferry port. nearby towns, garda and lazise, are within walking distance, this provides exploration opportunities. it's a very beautiful area

i stayed here for three nights. i found the location excellent with the lake just a short distance from the hotel (about 30m). i enjoyed the pool area, it seemed quite reasonable for both swimming and sun bathing. the center of town is a short walk, or a little more if you take the nice by-the-lake pathway.
the breakfast was almost the same every day. i think a restaurant should have had an egg station and salad bar. it would add some nice variety.

dinner every evening was beautifully presented and tasty. i found the breakfast buffet plentiful. it covered pretty much every taste (the pancakes were awesome!).
