excellent hotel with a fantastic location
efficient assistanceshopping areareservation system
i was impressed by the efficient assistance i received when i needed to ship some items. the ladies at the front desk located boxes, created shipping labels, and communicated with the post office to ensure everything was correct. the hotel is a quick walk to the lake shore shopping area where i found various restaurants and shops.
i found the reservation system for spots by the swimming pool inconvenient. i prefer not to plan my pool time in advance. arriving without a reservation meant i couldn't secure a spot by the pool for the next day.
