limited connectors unsecure wifi
breakfast was tasty and varied.
the euro plug connectors in the room were very limited. wifi wasn't secure, that was also an issue. i couldn't use spa facilities because i needed to book 2 hours before, however the staff did not tell me about it. this was disappointing, as i only stayed for one night.

fantastic stay!
comfortable bed great breakfast great location
i stayed in a top floor suite. it was wonderful, with great towels. the bed was very comfortable! breakfast was superb and the pool area was great. the location was great, and the hotel was very tastefully decorated.
the price for the room was slightly high compared to what you actually get.

The hotel is just off the main road, a location that ensures peace. the town center is only a few minutes walk away. It features many shops and restaurants. the bus stop is also a short walk away for lake garda access.

the breakfast had eggs and bacon! i could also eat waffles and pancakes! they served the best coffee, even mimosas, and gorgeous breads. there was fresh fruit, yoghurt, and a delicious selection of cakes.

convenient location room safe lighting issue
The location proved convenient. I walked easily to the lakefront and the main shopping area. My room included a safe for valuables, which I appreciated. The staff promptly addressed a minor issue with the room's lighting!
The gym equipment seemed a bit dated.

excellent hotel with a fantastic location
efficient assistance shopping area
i was impressed by the efficient assistance i received when i needed to ship some items. the ladies at the front desk located boxes, created shipping labels, and communicated with the post office to ensure everything was correct. the hotel is a quick walk to the lake shore shopping area where i found various restaurants and shops.
i found the reservation system for spots by the swimming pool inconvenient. i prefer not to plan my pool time in advance. arriving without a reservation meant i couldn't secure a spot by the pool for the next day.
