The staff was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed in my room. Breakfast offered several choices and was quite delicious. The hotel's location made it easy to explore nearby areas.

The staff was helpful and friendly. There was a bus stop right outside with routes to the city center.
My room was an odd 'L' shape, and the bed was pushed into a corner between three walls. I kept hitting the walls when I turned over. There was no wardrobe, and storage was limited. (It felt a bit like being in a Tetris game.)

The mattress was unacceptable. I could clearly feel all the springs digging into me. this made for a very uncomfortable night. clearly, a new mattress is needed immediately.

i noticed the mattress wasn't very comfortable, as i could feel the springs.

the tv was small and didn't seem to work! i didn't pursue it. the toast was pre-'buttered' with what tasted like a cheap spread.
