The room was spacious, with a pretty design. The service was responsive. I liked it. There are restaurants and a shopping mall nearby, VERY convenient!!!
The area is quiet, but a little far from the train.

I stayed for four nights and found my room clean. the bed was very comfortable. I got great sleep each night. when i requested an electric kettle, the front desk promptly delivered one. the staff were all very helpful and attentive to my needs.
the room did not include complimentary water, which i found surprising. i was charged for the water i consumed from the fridge. it wasn't a huge amount, but i usually expect free water bottles.

the front desk was quick to fulfill my requests. the staff always greeted me with a smile. they were also helpful with directions to nearby locations and recommendations for local restaurants.

i liked the variety of fresh pastries available. the restaurant staff was attentive and maintained a clean atmosphere. maria, who works at the restaurant, is a special person, i won't forget her kindness!!!
