the staff was very friendly. they were open and approachable if i had questions. the room i had was big. it included a desk, fridge and large bathroom. i found this.
i noticed a lack of some items. there was no hair conditioner or slippers in the hotel. there was also no free drinking water. i think most hotels provide one bottle per day for the number of people.

The staff was helpful, and i appreciate the umbrella loan during the rain! there are excellent breakfast spots nearby, a plus. the location is advantageous for camp nou visits since it is easily walkable. rooms are nice. I found the private parking very convenient because i drove.
the pool area is quite small.
