the rooftop pool was a great amenity. its views were excellent (especially at sunset).
the room's lighting was poor. it made it difficult to see things clearly, bad smell came from the sewers during breakfast one day.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The porter service for luggage was convenient. The hotel's proximity to the river suited me well, it was a short walk.

The hotel staff was friendly! I found it easy to get help when needed. The rooftop pool was a nice amenity. I enjoyed the view, even though the pool was not large.
The gym was small. It had limited equipment. Hallway carpets looked worn! I noticed stains. The Wi-Fi signal was weak. It made working difficult.
