The staff were friendly and helpful. My room had a balcony , which was great. The breakfast included a wide selection of fresh items and hot dishes. The air conditioning worked efficiently to keep the room at a comfortable temperature during a very hot period.
The location required a 20-minute walk to reach the city center. Public transportation was an option, but i preferred walking. This added travel time and effort to my daily itinerary. I wished it were slightly closer to the main attractions.

access to the hotel was easy. the staff responded quickly to messages via whatsapp regarding recommendations and taxi bookings. the room was beautiful and everything was clean. i found the location peaceful and close to restaurants and cafes.
the room was beside the communal lounge. it got loud in the mornings. other guests outside our door woke us up.

breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. nicola was especially attentive, and i found him very kind and helpful. the room felt very cozy, super clean, and very well organized. there were nice restaurant options nearby.
the guest house was a bit from the main tourist spots, but it was still close to everything.

the staff was responsive, i will admit. they replied quickly to messages.
i wasn't thrilled about the room setup. it was located right off the communal lounge, i could hear everyone making coffee and chatting, which woke me up early. also, the power kept cutting out, i found all the lights and tv would just short out and then come back on again later. it got old fast.

The decor featured distinct beauty and a high level of comfort. The bed and pillows were really comfortable assuring restful nights. The staff displayed such kindness and communicated directions in a very clear manner. I received a list of recommended restaurants which helped so much.
The guesthouse stood rather far from many of the main attractions. This meant I had to walk each day for a considerable distance.
