my check in goes smooth, yes! early check in is available. i leave my bags there before check in, i walk around the city. the staff are very helpful and accommodating, perfect. the location is near restaurants and the tram, cool.

The room did not match the pictures I saw online. It felt much smaller. The bathroom presented some challenges. I had to sit sideways on the toilet. the bed wasn't very comfortable. I could feel the springs, and the pillows were quite thin.

the location was good for accessing the tram (it made getting around easy).
my room was quite small (i booked a beautiful room, so i expected better). the shower pressure was weak and fluctuated between hot and cold, this was quite annoying.
