the location was good, near the tram. it took only 5 minutes to get into town (by tram).

The room was lovely and quiet. It overlooked gardens and trees. the owners were helpful. the bed and bed linen were super comfortable!!! we also liked the location. It was very close to the center. there were plenty of services, bars, and stores close by.
the room i was given to begin with had a faulty lock, and i couldn't get out. it took half an hour for someone to come and open the door. i was given another room only after i insisted.

I enjoy the interior decor a lot. The bed be super comfortable. Its proximity to the tram and bus stop made travel real simple. The staff seemed helpful, the rooms were comfortable too.
The room did get a little warm. Finding the right setting be a little tough.

my check in goes smooth, yes! early check in is available. i leave my bags there before check in, i walk around the city. the staff are very helpful and accommodating, perfect. the location is near restaurants and the tram, cool.

The room did not match the pictures I saw online. It felt much smaller. The bathroom presented some challenges. I had to sit sideways on the toilet. the bed wasn't very comfortable. I could feel the springs, and the pillows were quite thin.

the location was good for accessing the tram (it made getting around easy).
my room was quite small (i booked a beautiful room, so i expected better). the shower pressure was weak and fluctuated between hot and cold, this was quite annoying.
